Premier Dental Anesthesiology is the sole provider of in-office dental anesthesia in the St. Louis metroplex by board certified anesthesiologists.  Our physicians work with your dentist in their office to provide you with safe sedation during your dental procedure.

Each case is personally performed by a board certified anesthesiologist along with a nurse or anesthesiologist assistant. Our physicians bring to the dental office the finest standard of anesthesia care, no less than that expected at major medical centers.  Premier Dental Anesthesiology is a division of Western Anesthesiology Associates.  Western Anesthesiology is a physician-driven anesthesiology practice established in 1970 with a staff that includes over fifty anesthesiologists.
